Gwen Krahl
Vice President, Operations Management
Ms. Krahl‘s primary function as Vice President involves overseeing internal operations as well as brand and project marketing. With experience in the fields of architecture, design, construction and development, Ms. Krahl is well suited to work hand-in-hand with the project teams while managing operations of Orr Partners’ projects from the initial stages to project closeout. She and her staff have implemented improved technological and operational procedures, which ensure systematic and comprehensive documentation of all Orr Partners’ projects.

Additionally, Ms. Krahl is an integral part of the Orr Partners’ Development team. Most recently, she has been instrumental in solidifying a partnership for one of Orr Partners’ largest and most extensive projects to date, the redevelopment of Ocean Place Resort & Spa in Long Branch, New Jersey. This six-year, 1.6 million SF mixed-use project on the Jersey shore will include the renovation and expansion of the existing hotel, spa and conference spaces, 600,000 SF of luxury condominium space, 100,000 SF of premiere office space and 200,000 SF of retail space. The project is due to be completed in 2012.
