Mr. Orr began his career with one of the world’s largest construction companies, Morse Diesel, where he oversaw projects in New York City such as the Park Lane Hotel in Central Park South and 88 Pine Street.

Mr. Siegel’s primary function as Vice President is to oversee the activities of his team of Orr Partners’ Project Managers. Mr. Siegel’s strengths lie in the financial aspects of the development process, from a firm understanding of market drivers to financial modeling and budget development.

Ms. Krahl‘s primary function as Vice President involves overseeing internal operations as well as brand and project marketing. With experience in the fields of architecture, design, construction and development, Ms. Krahl is well suited to work hand-in-hand with the project teams while managing operations of Orr Partners’ projects from the initial stages to project closeout.
