Orr Partners has evolved from a fee-for-service consulting firm into one of the largest real estate developers in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.  The firm develops properties for its own account, ranging from corporate and industrial facilities to large-scale, mixed-use projects.

Orr Partners also manages the development of several significant projects in the Washington metropolitan area each year - projects valued annually between $250 million to $350 million.  Currently, Orr Partners is supervising over three million square feet of development in a variety of project types, including institutional, governmental, residential and commercial.  Most recently, Orr Partners was named to the Washington Business Journal’s Top 10 largest commercial real estate developers in the Washington, DC area.
