Services Provided: Orr’s relationship with AOL began in 1997 when AOL hired Orr to assist in the completion of a project that was behind schedule and significantly over budget. Orr’s success in delivering this project led to multiple additional assignments at their Dulles Campus including development and construction management services for four base buildings totaling 800,000 SF. These buildings were delivered in succession, with each building costing less than the building before it as Orr was able to incorporate lessons learned and continuously improve the project process. Construction also included all tenant improvements, design and construction of the 35-acre site package and two structured parking facilities comprised of 2,900 parking spaces. Orr has since maintained a strong relationship with AOL, completing additional projects on the Dulles campus, as well as projects in Pennsylvania, Utah, Georgia and Canada.
