Project Description:  New Construction

Services Provided:  Orr was engaged by Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation to provide project management services for the design and construction of a 320,000 SF manufacturing facility for Gulfstream’s newest line of corporate jets.  The building contains 196,000 SF of clear-span assembly floor, a paint booth, central energy plant, and 60,000 SF of office space.  Originally scheduled for completion in April 2008, the facility was completed more than two months ahead of schedule.
