Assemble Project TeamBased on the client’s budget, project scope and design needs, the Orr Partners’ team will be able to assist in selecting architects, engineers and general contractors that can deliver the highest value for all project requirements. Create Project ScheduleAfter assembling a team and finalizing budget requirements, Project Managers will create a project schedule, which outlines every detail of the project from conception through completion. The schedule will clearly illustrate deliverables, workflow, project duration and target dates for each stage. Once a design is finalized, the schedule will be refined. Evaluate DesignOnce an initial design is presented, Orr Partners works with our clients to ensure the design is consistent with the approved budget, construction schedule, project requirements and vision. Obtain Entitlement and Building PermitsBecause Orr Partners is versed in every aspect of a project, the Project Management team is able to obtain the permits and approvals needed to ensure the project remains on schedule, despite any design and construction changes required by the governing jurisdiction. Track Construction Progress and Manage BudgetThroughout the entire design and construction process, the Orr Partners’ project team is an active participant. Orr Partners ensures that the project team continues to openly communicate, attends all design and progress meetings, monitors project timeline, manages all subcontractors and oversees the master budget. Perform Project Closeout and Provides Final Financial ReviewOnce the construction process is complete, a final punchlist is created, budgets are reconciled, operations and maintenance manuals are compiled, final inspections are given and an occupancy permit is obtained.
